COMPANY HISTORY

  • December 1999: The Company equitized one of its affiliated units in Di Linh District (now Di Linh Commune), Lâm Đồng Province, establishing Hiep Thanh Joint Stock Company with charter capital of VND 12.6 billion, of which Lâm Đồng Building Materials Company held 58.4% of the charter capital. On March 31, 2017, Hiep Thanh Joint Stock Company was converted into Hiep Thanh Brick Company Limited. Currently, LBM holds 94.39% of the capital in this company.
  • 2003: Lâm Đồng Building Materials Company was equitized pursuant to Decision No. 35/2003/QĐ-UB dated March 17, 2003, issued by the People’s Committee of Lâm Đồng Province, with charter capital of VND 10 billion. In the fourth quarter of 2004, its charter capital was increased to VND 20 billion. The company was named Lâm Đồng Building Materials Joint Stock Company.
  • December 20, 2006: The Company’s shares were officially listed on the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol LBM.
  • 2007: The Company conducted a public offering of shares, increasing its charter capital to VND 41,355,560,000, and changed its name to Lâm Đồng Minerals and Building Materials Joint Stock Company.
